7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Service maintainers be liable for:

• Academic consequences of using this tool
• Data inaccuracies or omissions
• Third-party service disruptions (Supabase, PostHog, Vercel)
• Interpretation of prerequisite information
• AI-generated recommendations

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Block access to abusive users
• Delete accounts violating these terms
• Discontinue service without notice
• Purge stored analytics data at our discretion

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by laws of Sydney, Australia. Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Sydney.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions. Users will be notified of material changes through:
